Fundraisers
| Here at Wiseguys, we're not ashamed to admit that we operate on a very small budget. In fact, we operate on less than what most people spend on a week-long roadtrip. We're not ashamed of this at all. In fact, we believe that having an excess of funds means that we're not doing enough! To give you an idea...here are some numbers for you to crunch. Spay / neuter, teeth cleaning, and shots $247 Our adoption fee $250 We are very fortunate to have vets that share our rescue vision and do what they can to keep our bills low. Now, some dogs that come into rescue are already speutered and that's great! However, some come in needing far more than a "tune up". And because of them, we're always looking for ways to raise money for extra vet bills. Again, our rescue funds are used ONLY for vet bills. Other things like crates, transport, leashes, coats, food, and training comes out of our personal bank accounts. To help offset these costs, if you have ideas for fundraisers, we're always ready to hear them! |
